Minimum order
At our Skopje office you can buy a single bag. For delivery, orders usually start at one pallet; export orders ship by the pallet, the truck or the full 20 ft or 40 ft container. If your quantity is unusual, ask — we quote what you actually need.
Delivery
Road freight across the Balkans and the EU, container shipping worldwide wherever the current circumstances allow. Delivery terms (Incoterms) are agreed per order — collection in Skopje, delivered to your warehouse, or anything in between.

Payment and documents
Payment terms and the commercial documents for your shipment (invoice, packing list, transport document, origin paperwork) are agreed per order and confirmed in writing before loading.

Can I order in my own language?
You can prepare an inquiry using any of the website's available language versions. Tell us your preferred language when you contact us so we can agree the best way to discuss your order.
Can we visit before we order?
Everyone is welcome at Ulica 1409 no. 9A in Skopje, Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 16:00. See the charcoal, check the bags, and talk to the people who will handle your order. You can also request a video call between 08:00 and midnight Skopje time. Choose a date and time below and send the request through WhatsApp or email. We will confirm availability with you.
Do you send samples?
Ask about samples from the current batch when you request a wholesale quote. We will confirm availability, packaging and any delivery costs before arranging a sample.
Which products are in stock right now?
The range follows global supply and demand, so availability changes through the year. Marabu, acacia, oak, beech and briquettes are the core; mangrove, ayin and halaban come and go. Ask and we will confirm what is available for your dates.
Do you supply restaurants directly?
Yes — restaurants, grill houses and hotels buy from us directly, usually by the pallet, alongside the distributors and retail chains we supply by the container.
