Quotations and call requests
Preparing or sending an inquiry does not place an order, take payment or reserve stock. A chosen call time is a request and remains subject to our personal confirmation. We agree the product, specification, quantity, packaging, price, taxes, payment and delivery terms with you before an order is accepted.
The website does not itself impose terms of sale. A subsequent contract, including one agreed by email or WhatsApp, may be subject to mandatory consumer rights and distance-selling information requirements. Nothing here excludes statutory rights, remedies or access to competent courts.
Product photographs and specifications
Charcoal is a natural product: lump shape, size, colour and ash appearance vary between batches. Reference photographs are identified in product details. Packaging photographs show examples; confirm the current packaging and specifications in your quotation. Published indicative figures are not a batch laboratory certificate.
The interactive charcoal scene is a visual simulation. Its displayed temperature is an animation value, not a measurement, product test or safe-use instruction. Never burn barbecue charcoal indoors or in an enclosed space: it can produce lethal carbon monoxide. Follow the product label and appliance instructions; heating briquettes must be used only in a suitable appliance.
Images, design and third-party material
Website text, branding and original media may not be reused beyond what the law or the relevant rights holder permits. Third-party photographs, fonts and software remain subject to their own licences. A credit or link does not mean those rights belong to Virovo Promet.
